Laser Treatment For Acne
Acne is a skin condition commonly occurring during adolescence. This happens due to the increase in male sex hormones. It can be cured easily. There are several techniques to cure Acne. Laser Therapy is one of the best treatments for acne vulgaris.
The Laser treatment is the most simple and effective way to treat acne scars. Laser acne therapy is a quick, painless, outpatient procedure when compared to other acne treatments.
In this therapy, the laser light is passed through the scars. This light penetrates through the parts of the skin where sebaceous glands are found. This kills and stops the further production of sebum. Once the sebum is stopped, acne can be easily eliminated! It penetrates the epidermis of the affected part of the skin. By this, the old skin is removed totally and fresh, new skin is allowed to emerge.
Pulsed dye lasers are used to treat vascular lesions. Laser therapy increases the collagen production to destroy the acne scars.
The most common laser treatment is Acne Blemish Laser Treatment. The wavelengths of this laser destroy the sebaceous glands. Then, new cells grow as a result.
Smoothbeam Laser Treatment enhances the growth of collagen by passing the light on the skin. This collagen fights with the acne and prevents it from growing more. But this treatment makes your skin very sensitive to sun.
More recently, Fraxel laser treatment is implemented. Using this technique we can treat more severe acne conditions! This treatment has no side effects.
Sometimes, the skin condition causes redness from broken blood vessels. In such cases, the most effective laser treatment is a vascular laser called V beam. In V beam laser treatment, light is made to pass through the acne vessels. Thus skin color is made brighter than acne’s! This makes the acne less visible.
